Most items will ship VIA Fedex with an arrival date of 3-5 days

Large items will ship through LTL with an arrival date of 1-2 weeks

Delivery: 

Any item shipping VIA LTL  will be delivered via curbside delivery

Please select White Glove or Final Mile delivery at checkout if you need these additional services

Our products are always sent through the fastest shipping carrier. Please allow up to a week for shipping confirmation to be complete and emailed to you

Services:

Curbside(liftgate): Carrier will lower shipment to the ground

Threshold: Dry area delivery(garage/covered patio)*Not inside delivery*

Room of choice: 1-2 men delivering (depending on weight) delivery to designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases)

White glove (packaging removal): 1-2 men delivery (depending on weight) to designated room of your choice(up to 2 staircases) + package removal

White Glove (Light Assembly):Delivery to designated room of choice (up to 2 staircases) + packaging removal + basic tool assembly up to 30 minutes (Recommended for pre-assembled goods, not recommended for pre-products such as cribs, beds etc. Assembly instructions may be requested upon booking.)

 Backorders

All items on backorder are subject to a 10% fee if you are to cancel your order (s)

Elevateeco and our shipping carriers are not responsible for Incorrect shipping addresses. New shipping fees will be invoiced to the customer before product will be shipped to new address.

MY ITEM(S) ARRIVED DAMAGED

 If your items unfortunately arrive damaged, you MUST refuse the shipment. After you have refused, send an email to contact@elevateeco.com and we work on getting this damaged item(s) replaced. By signing any release forms you are stating there are no damages on your arrived good and you may be subject to fees.
